Request for Proposals: The TEACHER+PLUS Assessment Work Team is offering Illinois State University faculty members who have already been engaged in the Chicago Teacher Education Pipeline's (CTEP) initiatives over the past decade with an opportunity to continue their research inquiries through this federally funded research grant that focuses on urban teacher development.  Please see the RFP and budget template.

Request for Proposals: The Urban Teacher Preparation (UTP) Track Work Team is offering ISU faculty an opportunity to redesign a course they regularly teach so that it better prepares teacher candidates for employment in urban areas, specifically the Chicago, Peoria and Decatur Public Schools. Illinois State University, the College of Education, and the Chicago Teacher Education Pipeline have been awarded a new Teacher Quality Partnership grant of $10,149,826 to develop the URBAN CENTER (Using Research-Based Actions to Network Cities Engaged in New Teacher Education Reform) Project which will replicate the successful pipeline model in additional urban, high-need communities in Chicago and central Illinois.
